Quality is not only the basis for Wincoo to create profits, but also the key points for enterprises survival and development. Wincoo has been considered the quality control as the focus of internal management.We are not just focusing on quality inspection for final products,but also pay much attention to the quality improvement and upgrading. In order to better control product quality,we assgin QA and QE to ensure quality system and carry out quality inspection followed by IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC as below:

IQC(Incoming Quality Control) 
Raw materials for steel production inspection are carried out to make first important step of quality control

IPQC(In-Process Quality Control) 
According to production plan, IPQC are carried out to ensure production can meet designated technical requirements.

FQC(Final Quality Control)
After the production of products,Wincoo will carry out quality inspection for final products. for following items:chemical composition analysis, dimensions checking, hardness, surface, mechanical properties testing and other testing items.Testing results for each testing will be recorded to ensure that all products meet customer requirements.

OQC(Out-going Quality Control) 
As per customer's order requirements,Wincoo makes color coding, bundling packing and other identification and packaging requirements, so that customers can load the material safely and efficiently no matter in the port of destination or company warehouse.
