According to the latest report, China’s special steel industry has great potentiality thanks to strong demand in automobile and machinery industries.

The report also indicated that China’s special steel industry has more room for growth compared with the same industries in the developed countries, since the industrial concentration is low, and the fact that most companies focused on low-alloy products, not high value-added products.

Besides, the report said that China’s special steel industry shall raise its profitability, because the average gross profit rate of China’s special steel industry is only 10%, but the average rate for International companies is nearly 20%.


As China’s companies upgrade their technology and the automobile market grows steadily, the profitability will be improved soon, predicted by the market analyst.
